RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges based on product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
